To place an order.  
When you find the item you would like, click on the "Add to Cart" button and you will be directed to your shopping cart. There you will be able to review or modify your selection. You may also choose to continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button or click on the "Check Out" button to finalize your order. At this time you will be prompted for your information and given your shipping cost and options. After your order is processed and approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed for shipment.

Payment methods we except.  
Swords Corner accepts payment through paypal and also all credit cards that are avaialble as payment option in paypal.

My receipt.  
PayPal™. will email your receipt to you when the transaction is completed. You will also receive a copy of your invoice by email from Swords Corner as well.

Special orders.  
We want you to contact our sales personnel by email for any special purchases. We are always adding new items to our web site. However, as you can imagine, a custom sword can be expensive and therefore we can only make them in quantities of one hundred (100) or more. Otherwise the one time setup and molding cost would be very expensive, However if you would like a price we will try to accommodate you!

Return policy.  
Exchanges FOR STORE CREDIT are accepted within 30 Days of Purchase. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if, in the unlikely event that the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. STORE CREDIT will be issued only upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Exceptions: Custom made or special order items can not be returned. If the item(s) are damaged during shipment your claim will be with the shipping company!

Cancel an Order.  
Since most orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering, all cancellations must be received within 24hrs of ordering during normal business hours. Monday thru Friday 9:00AM – 8:00 PM. If you cancel an order during the weekend or Legal Holidays it will be considered the next business day. Refunds will be issued only if the product has not shipped. If the product has shipped, it will be subject to the 15% restocking fee and whatever charges are required to "call back" the item with the shipper.

Shipping.  
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, most within 2 business days pending payment received. Some orders may take longer based on the volume of orders received during a given time. All "Next Day", "2nd Day" and "3rd Day" orders MUST be received by no later than 11:00AM EST in order to be shipped that day. We ship all UPS, USPS Express "Signature Required" and "Insured" we can not ship to a specific person at any given location. The shipping companies we us only require a delivery signature from someone at the receiving area and will not deliver to "you" unless you are that person! Please inform the person that normally signs for your deliveries that you are expecting a package. Please be patient once he holiday shopping begins, usually from October through January, as it may take as long as 2 weeks to ship an order. This is just a guide, we do not expect to need that kind of time. Orders that are received on weekends or Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Most all our products are hand made and not necessarily always available for immediate shipping. Although this is rare we want you to understand we are not selling cookie cutter weapons but quality replicas. Demand sometime causes backlogs. However the wait is well worth it!

Secure Transactions.  
PayPal™. and Swords Corner use an (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer. Your account information and transaction data are stored in encrypted databases. Most browsers will indicate a secure connection within the status bar at the bottom of your screen or with an (s) after the http(s):// in the web page address window on your browser.

Privacy.
We will never share, sell or divulge any of your personal information including your email address, for any reason other than required by law. We do collect the domain name and email address of visitors to our web site and those who communicate with us via email, we also track information on what pages consumers access or visit on "Swords Corner" Only. We collect this to improve the content of our web site and inform our suppliers of product sales and popularity in an effort to acquire better pricing for those products.

Sales tax.  
You pay all sales tax, But only if you live in the state of Florida. Please plan on adding 7.0% sales tax to all sales within the state of Florida.
